JMBuluo sells a one-time purchase digital AI SaaS starter template, documentation, and related resources. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be requested and how we handle them.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request and whether the product has already been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. This period may be extended where required by law, for verified billing errors, or for verified non-delivery.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be available when:

• You paid but did not receive access to the purchased template or resources.
• You were charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or charged without authorization.
• We cannot resolve a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased product.
• The delivered product is materially different from the product description at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available when:

• You change your mind after receiving access.
• You have already accessed, downloaded, copied, or used the paid template files or private resources.
• The issue is caused by your local environment, unsupported third-party accounts, or configuration outside our control.
• Your account access was limited because of a violation of our Terms of Service.
• The request is submitted after the refund window, except where required by law.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, order number or transaction ID, purchase date, refund reason, and any relevant screenshots or documentation.

We will acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days. We may ask for additional information or attempt to resolve access or delivery issues before approving a refund.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method through our payment processor. Payment processor and bank processing times may vary and can take 5-10 business days after approval.

After a refund is approved, your access to paid template files, private repositories, updates, and related paid resources may be revoked.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect, unless required otherwise by law.
